Plain-English summary Use BrawlDrafter fairly, don't abuse it, and understand that it's an unofficial fan tool — not made by or affiliated with Supercell. Early Access is a one-time payment that unlocks pro features; see the refund terms below before buying.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the BrawlDrafter website or using the BrawlDrafter app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use BrawlDrafter.

2. What BrawlDrafter is

BrawlDrafter is an unofficial, fan-made companion app for Brawl Stars. It provides draft suggestions, matchup analysis, and meta information based on publicly available game knowledge. BrawlDrafter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell. Brawl Stars is a trademark of Supercell.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Brawl Stars itself under Supercell's own terms in your country, and old enough to consent to these terms (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to use BrawlDrafter.

4. Accounts

If you create an account in the app, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Early Access purchases

Early Access is a one-time payment, processed securely by Gumroad, that unlocks pro features at the rate advertised at checkout.
The locked-in rate applies for as long as you continue to renew at that rate; it does not auto-renew automatically unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Refunds: [Decide your policy — e.g. "Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used more than 5 drafts" or "All sales final, in line with standard digital goods policy." Edit this line before publishing.]
We reserve the right to limit Early Access spots as advertised (first 250) and to end the offer at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use BrawlDrafter to cheat, exploit, or violate Supercell's Brawl Stars Terms of Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell BrawlDrafter's data or suggestions at scale
Abuse free-tier limits through multiple accounts or automated requests
Use the Discord community to harass others, spam, or share harmful content

BrawlDrafter runs entirely outside of Brawl Stars — it never reads from, writes to, or modifies the game client or your save data.

7. Intellectual property

The BrawlDrafter name, "Bones" mascot, app design, and original content are owned by us. Brawl Stars character names, art style references, and game terms are trademarks of Supercell and used here only for descriptive, fan-content purposes.

8. No warranty

BrawlDrafter is provided "as is." Draft suggestions and matchup data are based on community knowledge and our own analysis — they're meant to help, not guarantee a win. We don't promise the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrawlDrafter and its creator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website, including any in-game outcomes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms. You can stop using BrawlDrafter and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [India — confirm your jurisdiction/state here], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
